  • “Sorry I missed stand-up this morning”
  • “I didn’t see that email”
  • “I’ll get back to you shortly”
  • “Sounds easy - should only take a couple of days”
  • “It’s nearly finished”
  • “I didn’t have time to write tests”
  • “We’ll clean this up later” 1
  • “Lessons have been learnt”
